Waterstreet Lofts is a vertical mixed-use project located in the rejuvenated East Austin epicenter. This project combines contemporary urban design with intimate spaces. Every residential unit has either a veranda, an outdoor balcony or access to a common area second floor patio. There is secured under-building parking and a dedicated green space with a seating area and a lush lawn. All of the residential units are entered via interior hallways. In addition to the twenty-nine residential units, there are also two mixed-use and three commercial spaces. The mixed-use properties contain a commercial storefront space with second floor loft living space.

All combined, the building is fifty-five thousand square feet.
