When world renowned luthier, Bill Collings, outgrew his old facility, iON Constructors was called in to help develop and build a new factory. It began with iON aiding in the acquisition of the site and design of the new factory. iON Constructors partnered with Weiss Architecture and Encotech Engineering to produce construction documents. The site-specific requirements under environmental codes were a challenge and iON played an integral role in combining practical design with the unique Texas Hill Country terrain on which the factory sits.

 

The factory is twenty-three thousand square feet and is housed in a Ceco Metal Building.
